Job summary

Hebe Beauty Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to support planning and execution of recruitment procedures in the Taguig area. The role focuses on identifying manpower needs, posting vacancies on top channels, and conducting initial screening to shortlist qualified candidates.

You will coordinate interview scheduling, invite applicants, and assist in the hiring process through to onboarding and documentation.

Qualifications

• Assists HR in planning and implementing recruitment procedures.
• Identifies manpower requirements and targets for hiring.
• Monitors Personnel Requisition Forms and reports manpower status.
• Posts job vacancies on recruitment channels.
• Performs initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates.
• Invites applicants for interviews and schedules them.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth interviews based on candidates' qualifications.
• Facilitates the hiring process including forms, examinations, and interviews.
