Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR-related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally in HR.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Team in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Upload, organize, and maintain HR documents in SharePoint and other databases.
• Review and verify employee records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Support compliance with data management and security protocols.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
