RemotIQ Partners is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Compliance Specialist to join our People Success - Shared Services team. You will manage Philippine HR administration, ensure statutory filings, and maintain accurate records for RemotIQ Partners and partner accounts.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, contracts, government filings, and OSH compliance, coordinating with multiple teams to keep HR processes compliant and efficient.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Compliance Specialist to join our People Success - Shared Services team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Philippine HR administration and statutory compliance who is confident managing employee records, government transactions, and compliance requirements independently.
As our HR & Compliance Specialist, you'll support HR operations across RemotIQ Partners and assigned partner accounts-from onboarding and employee documentation to statutory benefits, government filings, HR records, and occupational safety and health (OSH) compliance. You'll work closely with employees and internal teams to ensure HR requirements are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding for RemotIQ Partners and assigned partner accounts.
Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, HR forms, certificates, letters, and other employee documentation.
Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed and properly documented before employee start dates.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, HR systems, and trackers.
Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable statutory benefits and contributions.
Independently handle routine SSS transactions, government lodgements, and required submissions.
Prepare and submit DOLE reports and other government-required filings accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
Monitor statutory deadlines, employee contributions, filings, acknowledgments, receipts, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with government agencies regarding submissions, corrections, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Monitor updates to statutory benefits, employment requirements, and government processes and help ensure compliance.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook updates, HR forms, and acknowledgment records.
Support the implementation and consistent documentation of HR policies across assigned accounts.
Support OSH compliance, including maintaining records, coordinating training and documentation, and assisting with safety requirements.
Prepare HR, statutory, and compliance reports and support audits and compliance reviews.
Provide timely responses to employee HR inquiries and coordinate with People Success, Finance, Operations, and Partner Success teams.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, systems, and shared service delivery.
2-4 years' hands-on experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Compliance, or a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Philippine HR administration and statutory compliance.
Demonstrated experience independently processing SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG transactions and requirements.
Experience preparing and submitting DOLE and other government-required reports or filings.
Experience handling employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling confidential employee and compliance information.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple employees, accounts, and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
Experience using HRIS, employee management systems, or HR tracking tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and service orientation.
Experience supporting multiple teams, departments, or client/partner accounts in a shared services environment.
Experience with OSH compliance and workplace safety documentation.
BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
Experience with HRIS, workflow automation, or digital HR systems.
Experience improving HR processes, documentation, or compliance workflows.
