Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Compliance Manager for a hybrid role based in Clark, Pampanga. The role focuses on Employment Contracts & Documentation, Awards compliance, Labour Hire licensing, HR governance, and reporting.

You will coordinate with Brisbane leadership, ensure regulatory adherence, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements across offshore HR delivery. The candidate will manage contracts, ensure templates are current, perform audits, and support policy rollout,

Qualifications

  • Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, contractor agreements, and assignment documentation in line with Australian employment legislation and modern awards
  • Ensure all templates are current, compliant, and aligned with business risk settings
  • Manage contract variations, renewals, and onboarding documentation across labour hire and perm placements
  • Conduct detailed Modern Award interpretation and classification reviews across all placements
  • Perform regular award compliance audits (pay rates, allowances, overtime, penalties, loadings)
  • Identify risks and implement remediation plans in consultation with Brisbane leadership and legal advisors
  • Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation for internal and external review
  • Manage and maintain compliance with labour hire licensing regimes (QLD, VIC, ACT and others as applicable)
  • Coordinate reporting, renewals, and documentation required by regulators
  • Monitor legislative changes and update internal processes accordingly
  • Support audit readiness and regulator engagement
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned to Australian legal and best practice standards
  • Ensure policies are consistently implemented across all regions and business units
  • Maintain version control and governance frameworks for all HR documentation
  • Support rollout and communication of policy updates to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage gender diversity reporting (e.g. WGEA) and other statutory reporting obligations
  • Produce regular HR compliance and risk reports for leadership
  • Track key workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, diversity, and compliance KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems
  • Provide first-level HR advice to internal stakeholders on employment matters, escalating complex IR issues to Brisbane-based legal counsel
  • Support managers with employee lifecycle matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations (process-driven, not legal strategy)
  • Ensure documentation and processes align with Australian legal requirements
  • Drive efficiency and consistency in HR processes across the business (onboarding, compliance tracking, audits)
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting capability
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual compliance workload
  • Build scalable offshore HR capability aligned to business growth
  • Act as the central coordination point between offshore HR delivery and Brisbane leadership
  • Liaise with external providers (legal, migration agents, auditors) as required
  • Ensure clear communication and turnaround of HR deliverables across time zones

Accountabilities
