Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking an aspiring IT/CS student to join our team for HR analytics and careers website development. You will build interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, translate data into visuals, and support KPI reporting for recruitment.

You will also design and implement our careers page, ensuring responsive, brand-aligned pages and user-friendly interfaces. Collaboration with the Recruitment team and testing before deployment are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or website development tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage project-based tasks independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive recruitment dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Transform recruitment data into clear, user-friendly visual reports.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to identify reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Prepare basic documentation or user guides for dashboard navigation and turnover to the recruitment team.
• Design and develop the company's careers page to improve the candidate experience.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web pages that align with the company's branding.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to implement website requirements and features.
• Conduct testing and recommend improvements before deployment.
