J-K Network Services is seeking a full-time HR/Admin Manager in Taguig, Metro Manila. This position involves developing HR policies, creating workflows, and managing employee engagement activities. Qualifications

• At least 6 to 7 years experience in the Human Resources field focusing on general HR operations.
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews and start as soon as possible.
• Adept in HRIS and related employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft policies and employee handbook aligning with DOLE standards.
• Create and implement process workflows and internal/external forms.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Manage systems for asset tagging and equipment accountability.
• Report incidents for quarterly management reports.
