Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in housing or related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (licensed preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
