Job summary

LAGUNA SOUTHWOODS PRODUCTS, INC. is seeking a reliable Utility Personnel to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of the office and water refilling station.

You will sweep, mop, clean windows, tables, cabinets, and other office areas, manage the stockroom, care for office plants and aquarium, and ensure that drinking water is always available for the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, comfort rooms, meeting rooms, and surrounding areas
• Sweep, mop, clean windows, tables, cabinets, and other office areas
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of office plants and aquarium
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and properly arranged
• Clean and maintain water gallons and the water refilling station
• Monitor and record the movement of water gallons through the logbook
• Ensure that drinking water is always available in the office
• Prepare and serve water and assist in maintaining the meeting room when there are visitors or meetings
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of glasses and pantry utensils
• Perform regular checking and cleaning of assigned areas throughout the day
