Job summary

Tags Manpower Services is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the facilities at Molson Park, Canlubang, Laguna. The ideal candidate must have experience in housekeeping and be willing to perform both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties, including perimeter maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.

• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
• Assigned at Molson Park, Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning in offices, common areas, restrooms, and other locations.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Report shortages, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Follow company safety and sanitation standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the facilities at Molson Park, Canlubang, Laguna. The ideal candidate must have experience in housekeeping and be willing to perform both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties, including perimeter maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned locations.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas.
• Collect and properly dispose of garbage and waste materials.
• Clean windows, fixtures, furniture, and other facility equipment as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, walkways, parking areas, and facility perimeters.
• Perform grass cutting, sweeping, and other perimeter maintenance activities when required.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Report any facility damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to management.
• Perform other housekeeping and maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• With experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and outdoor work.
• Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including perimeter areas.
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.
• Must have complete pre-employment requirements.
• Willing to be assigned at Molson Park, Canlubang, Laguna.
