Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in hotel industry in Sales and Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Selling and negotiating skills are required.
• Customer focus is essential.
• Organized, team player and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS tools.
• Experience with database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, guiding on effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Assist HOS to ensure successful operation of Sales Department.
