Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• With experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure group bookings, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
