Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance or related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, reservations, front office, or revenue management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
