Metacom Careers is hiring a Hotel Reservations Representative to join our onsite team in Taguig. The role handles hotel reservations inquiries and bookings, provides rate and availability information, and processes changes, cancellations, and rebookings.

The position is full-time with shifting schedules and requires a high school or college graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome; English communication and basic computer skills are important for delivering quality customer service onsite in Taguig.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• No call center, hotel, or reservations experience required.
• Good English communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedules.

Responsabilités

• Handle hotel reservation inquiries and bookings.
• Provide information about room rates and availability.
• Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Address customer concerns and special requests.
