• Examine quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with Department Heads before accepting delivery.
• Ensure all goods received are supported by valid hotel Purchase Orders.
• Ensure outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for.
• Safeguard hotel inventories against loss.
