Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Manila is seeking a Painter to maintain the hotel's interior and exterior appearance, including walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.

The role supports the Engineering Department, performs painting and touch-up work, mixes paints, prepares estimates, and ensures safety standards are met.

You will follow hotel policies, document work, and contribute to guest satisfaction by preserving hotel aesthetics.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in Painting is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in painting, building maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
• Experience in hotel, resort, commercial building, or property maintenance environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of interior and exterior areas to identify painting and maintenance needs.
• Attend guest requests and maintenance concerns related to painting works.
• Assist Engineering with paint solutions for operational concerns and improvement projects.
• Mix paints to achieve required colors, textures, and finishes.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and standards and submit shift reports.
