Job summary

QUEENS HOTEL ANGELES CITY is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of the hotel building, guest rooms, and facilities. The role ensures all equipment and systems are safe and functioning while handling guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (TESDA NC II preferred) with experience in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and building trades, capable of using tools, reading work

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High graduate required.
• Vocational TESDA NC II preferred.
• Electrical Installation and Maintenance experience.
• Plumbing experience.
• Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning experience.
• Building Wiring/Carpentry/Masonry experience.
• Able to operate power tools, water pump, generator, and fill maintenance log book, use radio and read work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of hotel building, guest rooms, and facilities.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are running safely.
• Handle guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
