Job summary

CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant in Makati to maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.

You will make beds, replenish supplies, handle guest requests, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy while upholding safety and cleanliness policies.

Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; ability to work flexible shifts and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and other assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels and other room amenities.
• Replenish guest supplies, toiletries, drinking water, and other room essentials as required.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize room surfaces, furniture, floors, and bathroom fixtures.
• Check guest rooms for cleanliness, proper arrangement, and working condition of furniture, equipment, and amenities.
• Report maintenance problems, damaged items, and defective equipment to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings with care and follow hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
• Respect guest privacy and follow proper procedures when entering occupied rooms.
• Respond courteously to guest requests for additional towels, pillows, toiletries, and other housekeeping services.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures when performing cleaning duties.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office regarding room status, special requests, and rooms ready for occupancy.
• Observe hotel grooming standards, attendance policies, and workplace rules.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
