Job summary

CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC. seeks a diligent housekeeping attendant to clean and maintain public areas and guest spaces, ensuring comfort and safety for guests in a hotel-like setting.

You will perform regular cleaning, restock supplies, respond to guest requests, and assist the team with room and public-area operations while following safety procedures and standards. Weekend and holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and stairways.
• Perform regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Replenish toiletries, tissue, towels, cleaning supplies, and other items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items to guest rooms or designated areas.
• Transport linens, amenities, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Assist housekeeping staff with room and public-area operations when needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and equipment.
• Follow proper safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
