Job summary

NUSTAR Resort is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the hotel’s maintenance team, ensuring operations meet travel hospitality standards. You will oversee daily tasks, schedule work, and coordinate with department heads to keep HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in maintenance, 3 years in a supervisory role, and a background in electrical or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Bachelor or science, Electrical or Civil engineering preferred.
• Registered Electrical or Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory/manager experience.
• Experience in an integrated resort is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, DG sets, water treatment, and safety systems.
• Represent engineering in meetings and coordinate with department heads.
• Schedule, supervise and develop the engineering staff; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain records, reports and ensure safety and compliance with codes.
