Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a Duty Engineer to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all engineering systems and facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to operational concerns, and ensure equipment efficiency to support guest comfort and hotel operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring facilities, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
2–3 years in hotel engineering, facilities management, or similar.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain daily operation of building facilities, engineering systems, and equipment.
Perform regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
Respond promptly to guest rooms, public areas, and operational maintenance concerns.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
