Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Hotel Distribution Specialist in Pasay City with hybrid dayshift. You will manage a distribution team, load corporate rates into SynXis, and ensure parity across OTAs and channels like SiteMinder.

You’ll drive campaigns, create SOPs, and mentor new hires while maintaining data integrity and daily operation summaries. The role supports growth in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with central reservation systems and channel managers.
• Ability to conduct rate parity checks across OTAs.
• Capability to maintain exact system records and generate reports.
• Experience creating and rolling out SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution team timelines, delegate daily workflows, and oversee task completion.
• Load all corporate rates into SynXis timely and map rates to SiteMinder, OTAs, and Sabre SynXis.
• Execute regular rate parity checks and test bookings, flagging pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate setup of online promotional campaigns across digital channels.
• Consolidate Daily Task Report and distribute it to the Operations Manager and Director of Distribution.
• Lead onboarding of new hires and conduct weekly coaching sessions and quarterly scorecard reviews.
• Own development, revision, and standardization of distribution SOPs and knowledge base tools.
• Perform periodic quality audits on team tasks and use analytics to improve service.
• Follow health and safety protocols and participate in quarterly meetings.

Your Role

As a Hotel Distribution Specialist, you will:

• Manage Distribution team timelines, delegate daily workflows, and oversee task completion.
• Load all corporate rates into SynXis timely and map rates accurately between SiteMinder, OTAs, and Sabre SynXis.
• Execute regular rate parity checks and test bookings, flagging, tracking, and communicating any pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate the setup of online promotional campaigns across various digital distribution channels.
• Consolidate the team's Daily Task Report and distribute it to the Operations Manager and Director of Distribution.
• Lead the onboarding of new hires and conduct weekly coaching sessions and quarterly scorecard reviews for Distribution Assistants.
• Own the development, revision, and standardization of distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base tools.
• Perform periodic quality audits on team tasks and use performance data analytics to improve overall service excellence.
• Follow all workplace health and safety protocols, reporting hazards immediately and attending quarterly safety meetings.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Distribution & Connectivity Expertise: Strong hands-on experience navigating central reservation systems and channel managers, specifically SynXis and SiteMinder.
• Rate Parity & Audit Management: Proven ability to run methodical rate parity checks across OTAs and meta-channels, identifying and tracking revenue-leaking errors.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Strong capability to maintain exact system records, run ad-hoc reports, and compile daily operational summaries for executive leadership.
• SOP Development: Experience writing, refining, and rolling out standardized work instructions and operational policies.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience within the global hospitality sector, ideally supporting multi-property or international hotel brands.
• Background in analyzing distribution analytics to identify workflow bottlenecks or rate-loading inefficiencies.
• High adaptability and problem-solving skills to resolve technical channel mapping conflicts under tight promotional deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain professional lines of contact across internal operations, regional managers, and external vendors.
