Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Quest Hotel and Conference Center is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant/Finance Manager to assist the Financial Controller in ensuring that all daily financial activities are completed accurately and on time.

The role supports month-end reporting to the corporate office and requires strong leadership in hotel accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA preferred, and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
CPA preferred.
At least 2 years in the same position in a hotel/resort environment.
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in hotel operations.
Knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements (BIR/SEC/etc.).

Responsibilities

Assist the Financial Controller to ensure timely monthly reports and accurate daily financial activities.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and prepare month-end reports.
Review journal entries and adjustments for accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare cash flow and funding reports, and manage disbursements.
Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.
