Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. seeks an experienced Chief Accountant/Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller in ensuring timely and accurate daily financial activities in a hotel environment.

The role focuses on month-end reporting to the corporate office and maintaining strong financial controls. The position requires a CPA preferably, with extensive experience in hotel accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in hotel or resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas adhere to established performance standards.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and prepare month-end reports.
• Review accuracy and timeliness of journal entries and adjustments.
• Review and follow up outstanding checks and pending items weekly.
• Review Accounts Receivable aging and keep overdue balances under 20% of total AR.
