Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at appropriate tables promptly.
• Present menus and explain offerings, specials, and recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality before presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain allergen information and dietary knowledge for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and housekeeping to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
