Select Goods is seeking a Food and Beverage Host to join our hospitality team in a full-time capacity. Based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, this role is fundamental to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their time with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Professional and courteous demeanor under pressure.
• Able to multitask and prioritise during busy periods.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ability to take direction from management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently.
• Maintain host stand, reservations, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen to optimise turnover and flow.
• Provide menus and highlight specials to guests.
• Answer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and dietary needs.
• Keep host area clean and organised; handle payments as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback.
