Job summary

IQVIA LLC is a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. We seek a driven medical sales professional in the Philippines to drive hospital formulary inclusion, manage hospital accounts, and engage pharmacists and doctors.

You will meet sales quotas while showcasing product knowledge in cardiometabolic therapies. A driving license and car provide additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum pharma or biosimilar medical sales experience, with hospital exposure.
• Experience in hospital account management and formulary discussions.
• Ability to engage pharmacists and doctors with clear product explanations.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas in healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Cardiometabolic/diabetes therapy experience is a plus.
• Must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Driving license with personal car preferred (allowance provided).
