Qualifications

Experience supervising and coordinating with house keeping staff and service providers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across units with focus on cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
Supervise and develop housekeeping staff through training and mentoring.
Develop schedules, assignments and SOPs to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, infection control and safety regulations.
Inspect facilities, equipment and supplies for maintenance and quality.
Manage inventory and budgeting for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with clinical teams on biosafety and containment measures.
Document activities and performance metrics; report incidents.
Support staff training and continuous improvement within housekeeping.
