Job summary

BPO International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Head to lead the hospital’s accounting and financial operations.

You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and the accounting team to provide timely, accurate information for decision-making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, with hospital/healthcare experience preferred, and strong Excel/ERP skills to manage patient billing, HMO/insurance transactions, and related financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure.
Hospital or healthcare industry experience is preferred/required.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall accounting and finance operations of the hospital.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, billing, collections, and reconciliation.
Monitor hospital revenues, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
