Job summary

Alkem Laboratories, Philippines is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to drive growth for our Hospital portfolio across the Philippines. You will formulate impactful marketing plans, analyze market insights, and collaborate with sales teams to turn strategies into successful executions.

Based in Makati, the role reports to the Cluster Head and requires 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Product Management, plus a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Marketing, Brand, or Product Management.
• Direct experience in building brands—ideally within IV/hospital segment or ethical/prescription brands.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Planning: Create and manage marketing plans for assigned brands, including target customer profiling and high-impact promo campaigns.
• Promotional Execution: Design promo strategies and detailed briefs, working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth rollout.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and pricing to position products and hit sales targets.
• Sales Collaboration: Team up with the field sales force to launch, monitor, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the approved product marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient, strategic use of all resources.
