PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Manager to lead hospital billing and operations improvement across our advisory and healthcare lines. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze processes, design improvements, and drive productivity for diverse client portfolios.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and delivery excellence. In this capacity you will steer project planning and execution, guide teams, and ensure high standards of integrity and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proven experience in hospital billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement.
• Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital billing-related operations projects and client engagements.
• Analyze client needs and design strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Guide teams in implementing technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence.
• Plan, budget, and execute projects to meet client expectations.
• Coach team members to leverage strengths and develop skills beyond their comfort zones.
• Apply operational analysis techniques to drive business performance.
• Engage in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to support ongoing operational analysis.
