Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an RCMS US Healthcare SME (Hospital Biller) to engage with clients, analyze needs, and optimize billing processes. You will work in the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice across advisory, assurance and tax, delivering insights that improve productivity and drive performance.

As an Associate, you will develop operational strategies, apply technology solutions, and collaborate with diverse clients to sustain high-quality, value-adding deliverables

Qualifications

• : At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• : 1 to 4 years of experience
• : Proficient in verbal and written English
• : Experience with coding denials/quality assurance/training
• : Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement
• : Experience with healthcare billing software and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
• Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
• Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
• Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
