Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a warm, well-spoken Home Care Intake Coordinator to be the first voice callers hear when they reach out to our in-home senior care service. You will answer incoming calls, explain our services and rates clearly, and book in-home consultations for prospective clients and their families.

As the business grows, the role will expand to include client and caregiver scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Proven inbound call experience in receptionist/intake/front desk/customer service.
• Experience with appointment setting and calendar management.
• Ability to explain services and pricing clearly and turn inquiries into bookings.
• Comfortable using scheduling or records software and quick to learn new platforms.
• Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, independent worker with strong written and verbal communication.
• Patient and empathetic phone manner with older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Explain care services, options, and pricing to prospective clients and families.
• Qualify inquiries and gather care needs details.
• Schedule in-home consultations and coordinate with owner’s calendar.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
• Re-engage prospects who inquired but did not move forward.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in scheduling system.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and shift assignments as the role expands.
• Handle general customer service requests and escalated issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and health information.
