DCX, a leading BPO, seeks a Home-Based Graphics Specialist in the Philippines to support a US-based supplier. You will create virtual mockups, vectorize logos, place artwork on products, and communicate with clients about layout and design.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and 2–3 years’ promo products experience, is proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe basics, and can work overnight or US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales Support, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs).
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience in promotional products, printing, or decorated apparel industry is an advantage.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

We are looking for a Home-Based Graphics Specialist to join a leading U.S.-based supplier in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will support the sales team by creating virtual mockups and proofs, vectorizing logos, and placing customer artwork on a wide variety of hard and soft goods. You will communicate with clients about layout and design, produce multiple design solutions, and work closely with copywriters and the creative director to deliver accurate, production-ready final designs.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Organizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple design requests and proofs while meeting strict turnaround deadlines.
• Attention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in logo placement, colors, sizing, and imprint specifications on every proof.
• Communication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, sales staff, and internal creative teams about layout and design.
• Creativity & Problem Solving - Develops multiple design solutions and resolves artwork issues such as low-resolution or non-vector files efficiently.
• Graphic Design Knowledge - Strong understanding of design principles, vector artwork, color modes, and production-ready file preparation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, or a related role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs).
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva is ideal.
• Experience in the promotional products, printing, or decorated apparel industry is an advantage.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000
• Industry: Promotional Products (Supplier - Custom Imprinted Writing Instruments & Hard Goods)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays : Monday through Friday (USA)
