DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Controller in the Philippines to join a U.S.-based team. The role will manage budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will work full-time from home, supporting management decisions through detailed financial analysis and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Very proficient written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal control guidelines for budget accounting and cash management.
• Maintain and reconcile the accounting system, including AP/AR operations.
• Assist the CFO with budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports, performance information, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
