Based in the Philippines, you will work with local and international teams, leveraging your candidate network and English communication skills to build a robust pipeline and support growth toward leadership roles in TA.

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for ecommerce, retail, fulfillment, beauty, or agency environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines.
• Existing candidate network in the Philippines is a plus.
