Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to interview candidates in a fast-paced environment using a defined recruiting process and resources to hire the best for our programs in Lipa, PH.

The role focuses on interviewing applicants, qualifying them to position requirements, and maintaining strong pipelines while producing daily/weekly reports. A bachelor or associate degree and at least 1 year of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in recruiting.
• Savvy, results-oriented individual with a high energy level and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong focus; understanding and appreciation of pipeline management.
• Strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
• Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment while generating significant output at high performance levels.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
