Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Associate (LineMan) to provide technical support and on‑site supervision for the 230kV Palauig–Botolan Transmission Line Project in the Philippines. You will monitor tower erection, conductor stringing, and safety compliance to help meet project schedules.

The role requires extensive field experience, the ability to interpret drawings, and coordination with EPC field teams; it is on‑site in Botolan, Zambales, with safety‑sensitive

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑voltage transmission line construction projects.
• Experience with 138kV, 230kV, or higher voltage transmission lines.
• Knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
• Experience supporting EPC, Owner’s Engineer, or construction supervision teams.
• Ability to interpret transmission line drawings and construction procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support transmission tower erection activities.
• Monitor conductor stringing, sagging, clipping, and related transmission line works.
• Verify that construction activities are performed in accordance with approved work methods, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the EPC Contractor's field personnel regarding daily work progress and site issues.
• Participate in site inspections and report quality, safety, and technical concerns.
• Assist in tracking construction progress and identifying schedule risks.
• Support punch listing and resolution of construction deficiencies.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide technical input on transmission line activities.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on site observations and progress.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager or assigned lead.
