Job summary

Infravision seeks a field supervisor to oversee stringing operations for high-voltage transmission lines in the Philippines. You will interpret stringing plans and sag charts to ensure precise execution, while coordinating with foundation, erection, and quality teams to keep schedules tight.

You must inspect TSE machines, sag bridges, and materials before use, monitor daily progress, and maintain thorough reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stringing operations for 132kV to 765kV transmission lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HSE standards during all stringing activities.
• Interpret stringing plans, engineering drawings, and sag charts for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with foundation, erection, and quality teams to align stringing schedules.
• Inspect tools, equipment (e.g., TSE machines, sag bridges), and materials before use.
• Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues to avoid delays or rework.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure documentation of stringing activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for manpower, equipment, and material readiness.
• Support audits and client inspections by ensuring quality and safety compliance.
