Position: High-Voltage Electrical Engineer

Work Schedule: 9 hours/day, 6 rest days per month

Compensation: Php 50,000-70,000 (Negotiable) + housing allowance + meal allowance

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Distribution, or related field

At least 5 years of professional experience in high-voltage electrical engineering

Background in large-scale industrial projects; strong knowledge of construction methods and standards

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage MEP works on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance

Supervise subcontractors, resolve construction issues, and enforce project standards

Review electrical drawings, construction plans, equipment, and materials

Conduct independent and collaborative reviews of high-voltage electrical designs

Monitor project quality, safety, schedule, and costs; support acceptance and documentation processes

Coordinate with design institutes, review drawings, and ensure design accuracy

Manage construction acceptance, confirm design changes, and oversee contractor documentation

Facilitate project handover, including site transfer, documentation, and professional training
