Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, and fold linens, clothes, and other laundry items according to type, fabric, and cleaning requirements.
• Operate laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment, safely and effectively.
• Ensure that laundry items are cleaned and treated according to company standards.
• Handle delicate fabrics and garments with care, following proper cleaning protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Inspect laundry items for damage or stains and report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering necessary materials.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laundry equipment as needed.
• Assist customers with drop-offs and pickups, if applicable.
• Handle and organize laundry items based on customer specifications, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to laundry services.
