Key Responsibilities

Laundry Operations

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and store laundry items according to company standards.
• Handle delicate fabrics and garments with care, adhering to specific cleaning instructions.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and other laundry tools.

Quality Control

• Inspect items for stains, tears, or damages, and take appropriate action.
• Ensure all laundered items are clean, fresh, and neatly presented.

Maintenance

• Clean and maintain laundry equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Inventory and Supplies

• Monitor laundry supplies and report when stock needs replenishment.
• Track and manage laundry inventory to avoid shortages or excess.

Customer Service

• Address customer inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with special laundry services, such as alterations, if applicable.
