Job summary

A Property Management Company in Ilocos Norte is seeking a dedicated individual to support the property management team with cleaning and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should be physically capable, experienced in cleaning or maintenance, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include sanitizing apartment units, maintaining common areas, and assisting with tenant move processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job description

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.
