A regional boarding house in Ilocos Norte is seeking an Apartment Helper to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, maintaining common areas, and assisting with minor repairs. The ideal candidate should have experience in cleaning and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license may be required. This role offers an opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (may be required depending on the location).
