We are seeking a friendly and responsible Internet Cafe Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our customers, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the cafe.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with computer usage and any technical issues.
• Monitor customer activity to ensure proper usage of internet services and adherence to cafe rules.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Cafe Maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including cleaning workstations, floors, and common areas.
• Ensure all equipment (computers, peripherals, printers, etc.) is in good working order and report any technical issues.
• Assist with the restocking of supplies, such as printing paper, snacks, and beverages.
• Collect payments from customers for internet usage, printing services, and other cafe services.
• Accurately record all transactions and maintain a cash float.

Security

• Monitor customer activity to prevent any unauthorized access or misuse of computers.
• Ensure the safety and security of customers and cafe property.

Qualifications
