Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in selecting footwear based on their needs, preferences, and size.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various shoe styles, brands, materials, and features to provide accurate advice to customers.
• Sales Assistance: Help customers with trying on shoes, suggest alternatives, and upsell additional products (such as insoles or shoe care products).
• Store Organization: Keep the store clean and organized by ensuring footwear is properly displayed and shelves are tidy.
• Stock Management: Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring inventory is correctly accounted for.
