Job summary

VST ECS Phils., Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues at its Cebu onsite location in Talisay City.

The role includes assisting employees with troubleshooting, installing and configuring computers and peripherals, and maintaining helpdesk logs and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Willing to work onsite in Talisay City, Cebu.
