Job summary

ZWM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician in Metro Manila to perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated heavy equipment. You will maintain service logs, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely follow-up.

The role requires willingness to visit on-site locations such as Pulilan, Bulacan and to manage parts and escalate issues as needed. You will be responsible for keeping tools calibrated, documenting service history, and recommending

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable for basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated heavy equipment
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customers service logs and internal service records on timely manner
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customers service delivery issues
• Responsible for executing customer requirements for maintenance services
• Completing periodic check-up, service history record and preventive maintenance. Accountable in keeping the customer up-to-date on the schedule of periodic maintenance
• Improve the overall performance of the machine, know about the machine in details and recommend build and modifications according to the requirement of the company
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
• Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time and your work performance will also be evaluated on a monthly basis
• Willing to do site visits (Pulilan Bulacan)
