Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator licence or certification demonstrating competency in operating construction machinery
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience operating heavy equipment on active construction sites
• Proficiency in operating multiple types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, site regulations, and environmental compliance requirements
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and dump trucks in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Perform pre-operation inspections on all machinery to ensure equipment is in safe working condition before use
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance requirements
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, other operators, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of construction activities
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety rules
• Execute grading, excavation, and earth-moving tasks with precision to meet project specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment as required
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as directed by site management
• Adhere to all environmental regulations and best practices during operations

This is a full-time position based in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, where you will play a crucial role in our construction operations. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites. This position is vital to the success of our projects, ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
