Job summary

GROW Vite in Calamba, Laguna operates Container Handling Equipment (CHE) and related gear to ensure efficient loading and unloading of containers. The role requires maintaining equipment, reporting issues to the maintenance team, and guiding truck drivers to minimise turnaround times while avoiding damage to assets.

Candidate must be a high school graduate, willing to be trained, and able to work shifts; must hold a valid Professional Driver's License as specified and be willing to work in

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• Willing to be trained.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
• Must have Professional Driver's License 1,2,3,8 or A,A1.B,B1,B2,C,CE,D
• Amenable to work in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Operates Container Handling Equipment (CHE) and other equipment for operations as required by the Company.
• Ensures assigned equipment are properly maintained with the least downtime.
• Provides immediate information to maintenance team when equipment are having problem in operations.
• Ensures no delays in loading and unloading of loaded and empty containers for the fat turn-around of the trucks.
• Ensures zero damage on container handled, trucks, chassis and container handling equipment.
• Ensures accurate location in system relating to actual location inside the CY.
• Guides the truck drivers during loading and unloading of containers.
