Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. seeks a maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts and reach trucks to minimize downtime.

The role requires performing evaluations, troubleshooting, and resource planning to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering (or related vocational course) with at least 1 year of industrial instrumentation control

Qualifications

• Graduates of BS Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related vocational course.
• At least 1 year of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial instrumentation control.
• Experience in maintenance/repair of forklifts, reach trucks, pallets, and other material handling equipment is a MUST
• Knowledge of material handling systems, electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Willing to be assigned in FCIE, Dasmarinas Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to ensure zero-breakdown of MHE in operations.
• Evaluate equipment condition and plan resources for repairs and replacements.
• Troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic issues and document solutions for future reference.
• Maintain safe, organized service records and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Job description

Responsible for complying with the maintenance, repair and improvement of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Forklift, Reach Truck, Electric and manual Jack Pallet for zero-breakdown in the operation and to ensure tiptop operating condition through proper material handling equipment operation evaluation, accurate trouble analysis, efficient troubleshooting, proper preparation of resources and good decision making.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of at least a four or two-year course in BS Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related vocational course.
• At least one year work experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial instrumentation control
• Experience in maintenance and repair of forklifts, reach trucks, electric and manual pallets, and other material handling equipment/warehouse vehicle is a MUST
• Knowledge in material handling systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics
• Willing to be assigned in FCIE, Dasmarinas Cavite
